UNINTERRUPTED DIALOGUE
Kaczmarska.pl | NEWS > UNINTERRUPTED DIALOGUE
This is the first in a series of seven nationwide exhibitions dedicated to students of Professor Jacek Waltoś's Painting Studio, which the Professor conducted over 40 years of teaching work at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, today The Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts. This event is an extraordinary meeting of 63 artists, graduates of the studio, most of whom will meet each other for the first time during a joint show of their work. This is a meeting of painters, sculptors, graphic designers, set designers, artists dealing with artistic textiles and interior and architectural design. This is a meeting of personalities who had the opportunity and choice to study in the Studio of Professor Jacek Waltoś. These are mature artists who, together with the Professor, will meet for the first time at a joint event, which for me, the organizer of this "creative chaos", is a sign of an academic tradition that, despite constant changes, continues, is important and, above all, guards these changes, because without it they would have no reason to exist.
